I qualify for the priority service and faster vehicle pick-up service. Why am I not able to receive it?
You are entitled to a priority and faster vehicle pick-up service provided you have proceeded to an advance booking online (at least 2 hours) and that your profile is complete and up-to-date, or that you have completed your online check-in before the time of pick-up.
In agencies equipped with a queuing management system (queue registration totem) or a priority desk/line, please proceed to those queues to benefit from the priority service experience.
Priority and faster vehicle pick-up services may be delivered differently depending on the Europcar agency you are picking-up your vehicle due to specific local operational constraints.
