I qualify for complimentary single or double car upgrade. Why am I not able to receive it?

Complimentary single or double car upgrade is subject to fleet availalibilty at moment of pick-up and therefore may be refused in stations.

Other conditions may apply preventing you from being granted this benefit:

You are using a free weekend reward

You do not have the Privilege status required (only Executive and up)
