How do I receive a Privilege card?
You can view the electronic version of the Privilege card in the Europcar account. This interactive, virtual card contains essential information about your membership, your progress towards reaching the next tier level, and business account details if your company has an agreement with Europcar for this type of payment service.
If you are unable to access your card, all the important details on the card are displayed at the top of every email sent about your Privilege membership as well as in your Europcar account in the Privilege section.
In case of upgrade or downgrade of your tier level, your card will be automatically updated. Please allow a few days for this to happen.
