What is Priority service & faster vehicle pick-up, and am I eligible?
Priority & Faster Vehicle Pick-up services speed up your pick-up process at many of our locations.
👉 You are eligible for this service if you are a member of our Privilege program. You can save your driver's license, payment card details & insurance details in your Europcar account at anytime. By doing this, we can prepare your rental and documents before you arrive in our agency, so you won't have to wait while we process your information. Some larger locations also have a Priority desk or queue for Privilege members.
If you prefer not to save your details, you can enter them for each booking using Online Check-in on the Europcar website.
