I need to retrieve my invoice. What should I do?

To retrieve your invoice online, please ensure:

You booked online with a valid email address.

✅ The rental was completed between 36 hours and less than 6 months ago.

✅ Payment was made by credit card.

You have two options to download your invoice:
  • Go to “Manage my booking”, enter your email address or name and reservation number, then click on “Download invoice”.
  • If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us via the dedicated VIP member line provided. You will find the number in your VIP member welcome email.
