Points are missing from my Privilege For You account. Why and what should I do?

Privilege For You points are attributed 24 hours after having received your invoice. In case of delays in the creation of your invoice, your point attribution will be delayed as well.

If you have noticed discrepancies in your point count, please submit a query through the online Contact Us form where a dedicated loyalty section is available.
Be sure to provide us with your booking or Rental agreement number so we can proceed with your request efficiently.

Privilege For You points are subject to certain conditions and may not always be added automatically to your Privilege For You account, please refer to the "Your program at a glance question"
