Privilege For You member, your personal data is processed by
Europcar International S.A.S.U., acting as the
Data Controller. Your data is used to manage your loyalty account, allocate points and rewards, determine your membership status, and communicate relevant offers and benefits.
What data is collected?We collect information such as your identification details (name, email, date of birth, contact details, driver ID), reservation history, loyalty tier level, points balance, and engagement with the program. Additionally, actions like online check-in, renting an electric vehicle, or adding extras may contribute to your points balance.
How is your data used?Your data is processed to:
- Create and manage your loyalty account
- Award points and determine tier levels
- Communicate exclusive offers and promotions
- Improve our services based on your rental and loyalty activity
Who has access to your data?Your personal data may be shared with Europcar Mobility Group entities, partners, and service providers involved in operating the loyalty program, ensuring you receive your benefits. Europcar may also share data with selected frequent traveler programs to allow point transfers, where applicable.
How long is your data kept?Your personal data is retained for the duration of your Privilege For You membership and for up to three years after the end of your membership in accordance with our data retention policy.
Your RightsUnder applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also object to data processing for marketing purposes or request data portability.
